Contact details you submit (name, email, phone), aptitude test responses, files you upload for counselling, and standard usage data (device, pages viewed, referrer) needed to run the service.

How we use it

To deliver counselling, admissions, scholarships, study-abroad and recruitment support you request; to send account and service messages; to improve our tools; and to meet legal obligations.

Sharing

We share information with counsellors assigned to you, institutions or employers you apply to, and service providers that host or process data on our behalf under contract. We do not sell personal data.

Retention and your rights

We keep data only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law. You may request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time.
