The Nived Foundation
EDURECRU's philanthropic arm — building equitable access to career guidance, skilling, and higher education for students who need it most.
Careers shouldn't depend on postcodes
We believe every student — regardless of geography, gender, or family income — deserves an informed, guided path into work and higher education. The Nived Foundation channels EDURECRU's platform, people, and expertise into the communities where structured career support has never existed.
Ongoing initiatives & partnerships
From single-day camps in remote schools to multi-year skilling partnerships with district administrations, our programs are designed to be measurable, replicable, and locally led.
Guidance for All
Free career counselling camps in government schools across Tier-2 and Tier-3 towns — reaching students who otherwise never meet a certified counsellor.
Skill Bridges
Short skilling cohorts in digital literacy, spoken English, and employability skills for first-generation college students and rural youth.
Educator Empowerment
Train-the-trainer workshops equipping school teachers and community mentors to run structured career conversations year-round.
Green Campus Initiative
Partnering with colleges on sustainability drives — tree plantation, e-waste recycling, and awareness campaigns tied to student volunteer credits.
Scholarships & Grants
Need-based scholarships covering assessments, application fees, and travel for students from low-income households pursuing higher education.
Women in Careers
Mentorship circles and workplace-readiness programs for young women re-entering education or the workforce after a career break.
Measured in students, not slogans
We publish an annual impact report and share program-level metrics openly with partners and donors.

Ways to support the foundation
Whether you have an hour, a skill, or a network to share — there's a meaningful way to contribute.
Volunteer as a mentor
EDURECRU employees, alumni, and industry professionals can join our mentor pool — 2 hours a month, structured by our team.
Sponsor a program
Fund a school camp, a scholarship, or a full district cohort. Every rupee is tracked to an outcome and reported transparently.
Partner as an institution
Schools, colleges, and NGOs can invite the foundation for on-ground programs at no cost. We bring counsellors, materials, and follow-up.
Voices from the ground
"The Nived Foundation team walked into our school with no expectations from us — only a commitment to help our students. Our girls now speak about careers with clarity and confidence."
"I received a scholarship and my first structured career plan through the foundation. I am the first person in my family to attend university."
"Volunteering as a mentor changed how I see my own work. Two hours a month, and it's the most meaningful part of my calendar."
